O mul\u021bime de oameni spun c\u0103 sunt din ce \u00een ce mai afecta\u021bi de intoleran\u021be alimentare. Ce este intoleran\u021ba alimentar\u0103? Este diferit\u0103 de o alergie? Cum s\u0103 o tratezi? <a href=\"https:\/\/biocyte.ro\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/biocyte.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biocyte<\/a> \u00ee\u021bi spune tot ce trebuie s\u0103 \u0219tii despre aceast\u0103 problem\u0103 de <a href=\"https:\/\/biocyte.ro\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/biocyte.ro\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">s\u0103n\u0103tate<\/a> care afecteaz\u0103 tot mai multe persoane. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce este o intoleran\u021b\u0103 alimentar\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intoleran\u021ba alimentar\u0103 este un termen folosit pentru o mare varietate de r\u0103spunsuri fiziologice asociate cu anumite alimente. Apare ca urmare a ingestiei repetate, indiferent de frecven\u021ba consumului alimentului d\u0103un\u0103tor \u00een doze normal tolerate. Simptomele sunt foarte variate \u0219i pot afecta <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/biocyte.ro\/blog\/12-sfaturi-pentru-a-avea-o-piele-frumoasa-in-fiecare-zi\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/biocyte.ro\/blog\/12-sfaturi-pentru-a-avea-o-piele-frumoasa-in-fiecare-zi\" target=\"_blank\">pielea<\/a>, tractul respirator \u0219i <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/biocyte.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-ti-imbunatatesti-digestia\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/biocyte.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-ti-imbunatatesti-digestia\" target=\"_blank\">digestiv<\/a>. Acestea pot fi confundate cu cele cauzate de o alergie. Majoritatea intoleran\u021belor alimentare declarate se datoreaz\u0103 glutenului, lactozei, zaharozei \u0219i fructozei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cauzele de la originea intoleran\u021belor se pot datora faptului c\u0103 anumite enzime nu \u00ee\u0219i \u00eendeplinesc corect <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/biocyte.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-ti-imbunatatesti-digestia\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/biocyte.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-ti-imbunatatesti-digestia\" target=\"_blank\">func\u021bia digestiv\u0103<\/a> (de exemplu absen\u021ba sau inhibarea lactazei, enzima care permite digestia lactozei).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diferen\u021bele dintre alergie \u0219i intoleran\u021b\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alergia \u0219i intoleran\u021ba sunt prea des confundate chiar dac\u0103 exist\u0103 diferen\u021be fundamentale. Alergia alimentar\u0103 se refer\u0103 la reac\u021bii care implic\u0103 mecanisme imunologice. Prin urmare, este o reac\u021bie inflamatorie cauzat\u0103 de ingestia de molecule alimentare de obicei inofensive. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, alergiile \u0219i intoleran\u021bele au \u0219i simptome similare: balonare, dureri la nivelul sistemului digestiv, v\u0103rs\u0103turi \u0219i reac\u021bii cutanate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tratamente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dac\u0103 suferi de simptome despre care b\u0103nuie\u0219ti c\u0103 sunt legate de o intoleran\u021b\u0103 alimentar\u0103, este recomandat s\u0103-\u021bi faci o programare la medic pentru a elimina orice risc de alergie. Dac\u0103 intoleran\u021ba alimentar\u0103 este dovedit\u0103, este indicat s\u0103 se limiteze c\u00e2t mai mult consumul alimentului respectiv. Adaptarea unei diete care interzice m\u00e2nc\u0103ruri obi\u0219nuite din dieta de zi cu zi nu este u\u0219oar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exist\u0103 totu\u0219i o solu\u021bie: suplimentele cu enzime capabile s\u0103 degradeze moleculele responsabile de afec\u021biunile asociate intoleran\u021bei.
